At Humaira Shakir, we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we only offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery and do not accept returns or exchanges under normal conditions.
“Normal conditions” refer to cases where the product is delivered as described, free from defects, and meets the quality standards of Humaira Shakir. In such instances, no returns or exchanges will be entertained beyond the 7-day size exchange window.
SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY (Within 7 Days)
If you require a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. Please note the following:
- Only size exchanges are allowed, no changes in design, color, or product type.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- All shipping and customs charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and must be approved by our customer care team.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We prioritize strict quality control during manufacturing and packaging to ensure every product is free from defects. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
To report a defect, provide:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Any other relevant details
Return Process for Defective Items:
- Report the defect within 48 hours with the required evidence.
- Upon approval, pack and ship the product to our return address in Pakistan (at your own expense).
- Once received, our team will inspect the item and provide a suitable resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund if applicable).
Investigation & Final Decision:
A detailed inspection will be conducted upon receipt of the item. Refunds are issued only in verified cases of defects and remain at the sole discretion of Humaira Shakir.
Note: Humaira Shakir reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange matters.
